We regret that due to hygiene concerns, it is not possible to exchange or return earrings.
However, you can return the item if it’s an error on our side (i.e. wrong item) or the item is damaged or defective.

In the case of damage, please retain the products and contact us at info@earsense.ie or on 0214918791. If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is damaged or defective, we will refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you.

We will check all items returned as damaged or defective. In the event we find no fault, we reserve the right to re-charge you for the item(s) and to recover our fees and expenses from you.

We will submit a refund within 8 to 14 days of having received back the goods.

Orders are normally dispatched within 2 working days from receipt of your order, Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays.

Ireland: 2 – 4 working days
Great Britain: 3 – 7 working days
Europe: 3 – 7 working days
International: 3 – 14 working days
Please note that mail delivery times are estimates and subject to seasonal or local postal operator delays.
As our packets are small, we send them by national postal service – AnPost.

Europe – orders above €25: Free shipping!
Europe – orders below €25: €4
USA and Canada: €6
Worldwide: €7.50
For our Cork-based customers we also offer Click & Collect service. 

If registered post is required, this will incur an extra charge depending on the weight and area you live in. Please ensure there is someone to sign for it when it is delivered this way. If you live outside of Ireland and wish to avail of registered post, please email or call us before you place your order so we can advise total delivery charge applicable and invoice accordingly.

  • Nickel or the base metals used in costume jewellery
  • Sterling silver 925 (which is 92.5% pure silver and 7.5 % other metals)
  • 9ct gold (which is 37.5% pure gold and 62.5% other metals)
  • Glues used to fuse components together in jewellery
  • Other factors

We have been in partnership with most of Ireland’s leading pharmacies since 1989, and together with our wholesaler partner companies we ensure that our standard range of products will continue to be available in your local pharmacy. Currently that range is limited due to COVID-19.
