Refund, return and cancellation policy
We regret that due to hygiene concerns, it is not possible to exchange or return earrings. This does not affect your statutory rights.
In the case of damage, please retain the products and contact us at email@example.com or on 00353 21 4918791. If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is damaged or defective, we will refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you.
We will check all items returned as damaged or defective. In the event we find no fault, we reserve the right to re-charge you for the item/s and to recover our fees and expenses from you.
We will submit a refund within 8 to 14 days of having received back the goods.
