Delivery:

Orders are normally dispatched within 2 working days from receipt of your order, Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.
 
Import Duties – UK Deliveries
Please note that while the majority of our UK customers receive their orders without issue, a small number have recently been asked to pay import duties or customs fees upon delivery. These charges are determined by UK customs and are outside of our control. We recommend checking your local import regulations before placing an order. Any such charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Great Britain: 3 – 7 working days
Europe: 3 – 7 working days sometimes it can take up to 3 weeks.
Rest of the World: 3 – 14 working days
 
Please note that mail delivery times are estimates and subject to seasonal or local postal operator delays.
As our packets are small, we send them by national postal service – AnPost.

Returns:

We regret that due to hygiene concerns, it is not possible to exchange or return earrings.
However, you can return the item if it’s an error on our side (i.e. wrong item) or the item is damaged or defective.

In the case of damage, please retain the products and contact us at info@earsense.ie or on 0214918791. If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is damaged or defective, we will refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you.

We will check all items returned as damaged or defective. In the event we find no fault, we reserve the right to re-charge you for the item(s) and to recover our fees and expenses from you.

We will submit a refund within 8 to 14 days of having received back the goods.
